RETURNS
If for some reason you need to return an item, we will offer an exchange (if avaliable) otherwise store credit or a refund, please send us an email first.
We will accept the return if the following is met:
The item has been sent back and an email sent to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item is in its original brand new condition; tags attatched, unworn, unwashed, not marked or damaged in any way.
The return of an item is at the expense of the customer, if exchanging an item they must supply an empty nz courier bag with return address written on it, we recommend you use a tracked bag.
